There is a female auxiliary informant (presumably another hospital patient) present in region 3 from approx. 00:11:10-00:11:38 and at 00:12:13-00:13:17.  There is another female auxiliary informant present from approx. 00:12:50-00:13:17.  The first auxiliary informant continues to scream in the background of the CD throughout region 4.  The interviewer offers to escort the patient back to her room towards the end of region 4 and the conversation turns to this patient.  This patient is present again at 00:20:32 for a moment and 00:29:22 to 00:31:20 and 00:38:45.
